Eric has over 20 years of conference, marketing and business development experience. Through various positions he has managed and planned hundreds of domestic and international events including business and financial conferences, corporate events, training programs and non-profit fund raisers. Prior to forming ArrowCon Partners, Eric spent eight years at DealFlow Media where he ran the event business for the company. He successfully grew DealFlow's event business from two events per year to over ten domestic and international conferences per year. He and his team produced almost 100 financial conferences and was crucial in building the strong brand recognition and reputation of DealFlow Events.
